PROJECT OVERVIEW
Statewide Bargaining Campaign (AB 1672/AB 283)
This campaign supported legislation to establish statewide collective bargaining rights for California’s In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) providers. The effort spanned multiple legislative sessions (AB 1672 in 2023 and AB 283 in 2025) and brought together a coalition of unions and allied organizations.
I created the campaign logo and visual system, designed to scale across formats and work alongside the branding of UDW and SEIU, who partnered on the campaign. When UDW rebranded in 2024, campaign materials were updated subtly to reflect new colors and the refreshed logo while maintaining visual continuity.
The identity served as the visual backbone of a multi-year statewide advocacy campaign, supporting both legislative strategy and field outreach. This was my first statewide campaign with UDW and it was especially rewarding to see the work used across regions, organizations, and real-world actions.
